Our facility is fully automated, using DrawTech software in conjunction with Vulcan Industry’s fabrication software, which enables a direct download from coordinated drawings to shop computers and machinery. We can process material up to 16-gauge, as well as utilize stainless steel, aluminum, and black iron materials in addition galvanized duct

All fabricated sections are electronically checked for quality control by the T.H. Martin quality control manager. All materials are sealed and tagged with required information with Vulcan software stickers. The Quality Control Manager checks each delivery for compliance with T.H. Martin and SMACNA standards.
