About Us
Trusted to get the job done since 1985.
T. H. Martin, Inc. is a full-service mechanical contractor that can handle all aspects of HVAC system design, piping, sheet metal and controls. We use the latest version of Revit SysQue, including 3D upgrades to assist in BIM coordination.
Our state-of-the-art, 67,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Brooklyn, Ohio, houses both our sheet metal fabrication shop and our complete pipe prefab department, utilizing the most up-to-date and innovative processes.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the best quality assisted designs, fabrication, installation, service, and maintenance for a diverse range of applications in the commercial HVAC arena.
We strive to create successful partnerships with our customers as their premier contract provider. Our goal is to meet our end users’ expectations with quality, reliable, and dependable service.

Our Story
Our humble beginnings started with $5,000 and a GMC pickup truck.

T.H. Martin's founder, Tom Martin Sr., started small HVAC projects in the Cleveland area while his sons, Tom and Mike, came along to help.
Eventually, word spread about his service and craftsmanship and his company became recognized as a mechanical contractor that customers could rely on.

Now, Tom and Mike work hand-in-hand to continue their father's legacy for generations to come.
Strong Labor Relations
For over four decades, we have recognized the immense value that skilled union workers bring to our projects. Our collaboration with local unions goes beyond a contractual obligation; it reflects our dedication to the well-being of our workforce and the broader community. We prioritize fair wages, safe working conditions, and adherence to industry standards.
