Our facility is fully automated, using Revit with SysQue in conjunction with Vulcan fabrication software. We can process material from 10-gauge to 26-gauge galvanized, as well as utilize stainless steel, aluminum, and black iron materials.
Our plant houses two twenty-foot plasma cutters and a five-foot coil line, spiral machine, and a gore lock elbow machine. We can process material up to 16-gauge, as well as utilize stainless steel, aluminum, and black iron materials in addition galvanized duct.
All fabricated sections are checked for quality control electronically by the T.H. Martin quality control manager. All materials are sealed and tagged with required information with Vulcan software stickers. The Quality Control Manager checks each delivery for compliance with T.H. Martin and SMACNA standards.
