At T.H. Martin, we prioritize equity and inclusion on every project, regardless of contract requirements. We actively seek out partnerships with small, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses and invest in creating a skilled, inclusive workforce.

History of Inclusion

​Our apprenticeship programs offer hands-on training and real career pathways for women, minorities, and individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds. We’ve worked on numerous city- and nonprofit-funded projects and are well-versed in meeting participation and workforce goals set by project owners.

We believe equity starts with opportunity—and we’re committed to making those opportunities real and lasting.
