The previous RTA facility was converted for use by Cuyahoga County for activities such as maintenance, fueling and storage of County vehicles, as well as a new staff office, conference training center, and shower facilities.

T.H. Martin designed and installed a new outdoor fueling station, above ground 10,000 gas storage, indoor diesel fueling station, and new DDC controls with CO/NO2 detection and integration. We reused all existing roof openings allowing minimal roof penetrations and reroof costs.
