Nate has more than 11 years in the industry. He has a comprehensive background with foreman, as well as detailing experience.

Nate is responsible for multifaceted roles including Assistant PM, General Foreman, and providing support to our foremen. He is primarily tasked with conducting initial job assessments, performing takeoffs, setting up projects, overseeing issue resolution, and generating change orders.

Nate takes active involvement in job meetings, scoping, estimating man-hours and project specifics for smaller jobs, fostering relationships, submitting RFIs, measuring and detailing, contributing to design-build processes, and engaging with vendors and subcontractors.
